E-Lending
A lending platform that turns a customer request into a clearer review, approval, agreement, and repayment workflow.
THE PRODUCT
E-Lending is a web-based lending system with a customer application flow and an internal operating surface for staff. It brings applications, loan details, payment status, agreements, signing links, and follow-up into one place.
THE PROBLEM
A lending operation needs more than an application form. Staff need to review requests, manage customers and loans, create agreements, control access, and keep every action scoped to the right merchant workflow.
MY ROLE
I shaped the information architecture, application flow, dashboard, staff permissions, loan management, agreement preparation, signing experience, and responsive interface. I also worked through the operational rules that make the product useful after a loan is created.
PRODUCT DECISIONS
Separate customer actions from staff operations so each side sees only what it needs.
Keep the loan breakdown explicit: principal, standard interest, and late penalties are shown as different parts of the total.
Use temporary signing links with clear expiry and recovery behavior instead of burying agreement status in a dashboard.
Scope merchant activity and customer visibility so private operational data does not leak across merchants.
INTERFACE
The interface is organized around attention: new requests, needs attention, recent activity, customers, loans, and agreements. The design makes the next useful action visible without turning the dashboard into a dense spreadsheet.
ENGINEERING
The product connects customer-facing forms to internal staff workflows, authentication, role-based access, loan state, agreement generation, signing links, and communication channels such as email and WhatsApp.
KEY FEATURES
TECHNOLOGY
Web app · roles · permissions · messaging
Operational products become clearer when the rules are surfaced in the interface instead of being left for staff to remember.
