Simba Personal Health OS
A private web app that turns health goals, meals, training, habits, and reviews into one daily operating surface.
THE PRODUCT
Simba Personal Health OS is a private, mobile-first web app for managing health planning in one place. It combines a daily home surface with meal planning, shopping, workouts, habits, progress, and coaching.
THE PROBLEM
Health goals become difficult to act on when meals, workouts, weight, habits, shopping, and reflection live in separate places. The product needed to turn a long-term goal into a useful day.
MY ROLE
I directed the product structure, Today dashboard, meal and shopping flows, workout and habit tracking, weight progress, and the AI coach surface.
PRODUCT DECISIONS
Make Today the home surface so the product answers what matters now before showing history.
Keep planning and tracking connected so a meal plan can lead to a shopping action.
Design the experience as a web app that still feels natural on a phone.
Use coaching as a practical decision layer rather than another place to store information.
INTERFACE
The interface treats the day as the main unit of progress. Cards and check-ins are arranged around the next action: eat, train, shop, recover, or review.
ENGINEERING
The product is a responsive browser-based system with mobile-first layouts and local workflows. The implementation keeps the core experience useful without requiring a separate native app shell.
KEY FEATURES
TECHNOLOGY
Browser-based · mobile-first · local workflows
A personal system earns its place by making the next action obvious, not by collecting every possible metric.
